The wheels on my AE were painted in the same shameful fashion as the rest of the car... poorly, since I would be breaking some oath by changing the AE wheels, I was wondering if anyone knew anything about powder coating, is it possible and what would it cost?... roughly.
|
not sure, but you could get them sandblasted and painted.
I could ship you a set of white TII wheels, lol. |
Man that would prolly cost LOL Yea true, I was thinking powder coating would hold up better, but prolly not if it was good paint. The paint job I have on my car now sucks monkey nuts, need to get it re-done, but as most things it requires money.

my paint would hold up as good, plus it could be repaired
if need be, cant repair powdercoat. And it would match the car 100%. |
Oh yea never thought about that they prolly just have white and that's it. **** so much for that plan. you gonna take that job painting AC out here LOL
PS don't use me as a reference, they know me. |
You can search up a wheel shop around your area and see if they'd know anything.
Normally they run around $200-$300 total. Here are my Enkei RP-01s powdercoated black: https://www.phatkokracing.com/albums...file.sized.jpg https://www.phatkokracing.com/albums...nt_5.sized.jpg https://www.phatkokracing.com/albums...Tilt.sized.jpg -Dan |
