not to mention the prices for the games on the PS3. upwards of 80 bones for some titles.

I am sticking with the Wii. I can get Rampage for 20 bones, and it's a brand new release title!!

I haven't seen one game over $59.99 for the ps3, going to game stop and sorting ALL of their ps3 games by price, the highest is $59.99, wii games top out at $49.99, but then again as I mentioned before most of theirs are kids games. Going through the list of wii games I see none that I really can't live without, they still havent released graphic details on it and the graphics reviews at e3 were not so good, i would just stick with my ps2 and xbox before i bought the wii. Simply put the reason it's $250 is the hardware just isn't as high performance, ie graphics, lack of hard drive, no HD-DVD/Blue ray option. I would definetely be deciding between the 360 and ps3 after having done some research.

plus on another note.. once you put a game in the ps3, its registered on the system and cant be played on other consoles

Sony has said that was a rumor and wasn't true, unless something changed in the last couple weeks. This feature would bar people from playing used games and I don't see it happening.

If sony actually started doing that it would be some **** ****. I don't see that happening cuz they know that would royally **** customers/consumers off and then they will only pay 300 and get a 360 not 800 for a damn ps3

Realistically the ps3 isnt more then the 360

360 is $400 for the pro, which is a wirelesss controller and 20 gig hard drive plus $199 for the HD-DVD = $600

PS3, 20 gig hd one wireless controller and Blue Ray DVD =$499 If you compare apples to apples the 360 is actually more then the ps3.

Hmmm, read more about the Wii, and I am going to get it. I love how the control is set up. I have been waiting for a system that was interactive like this. Now I won't get fat as **** playing video games. Plus my g/f wants to get it just for Big Brain Academy. Woot!!

If I wanted better graphics, I'd go outside. I enjoy innovation, so the Wii is the way to go...for me at least. I'm sure I'll get a PS3, but it'll be later down the line.

I got the 360 about a month after they were released and I couldn't be happier. There was a problem with my first 360, and Microsoft overnighted me a new one and I returned the old one, no questions asked. I played SOCOM and I prefer GRAW over it on the 360. With Gears of War about to break, I will be spending alot of time on mine with the HD 50" plasma in the near future... All this just to by time until Halo 3
