I think I am gonna pick up the W...errrr Revolution!!! Nintendo has never done me wrong in a game system. ****, I still play my original NES from 1987. Yeah, had it since 1987, still works!!!
I would love to get a PS3, but I just cant see myself spending upwards of 1k on a gaming system.

Well 599 with blue ray, 60 gig hard drive, wifi, bluetooth remote pretty much everything u need unless you want two controllers. The xbox and ps3 are pretty much on par, by the time you throw in hd-dvd drive and the xbox still doesnt have a hard drive.
Like I say Nintendo seems to go for a different market and definetely doesnt have the games i like, although that may change with wii i dunno, but still no hd-dvd/blue-ray and no hard drive option.

I could not agree more with you phins, but I don't have anything in my home, or care to get anything in the future in my home, that will support the 360 or the PS3. HD-DVD I could care less about, I have seen blu-ray technology.
Nintendo does go to a different market yes, but they are always daring and have had success with everything they have put out(sans virtual boy, OH GOD what a disgrace!). They OWN the handheld market by far, Sony will never catch up to them at all. They have also released the best periphreals for their systems also. The wavebird is the best and most comfortable controller I have ever used. I played on it for ten hours straight, and did not get any cramps in my hands. I think Nintendo will do very well this time around, but the market will always change to cater whatever is hot at the time. Right now it is Sports titles and violent games such as GTA-style.
I have friends with 360's and it's a good systems. But there are only about 3-4 games I want to play for it. Does not seem like a smart buy.
With the Wii, I want to play Twilight Princess, the new Super Smash Brothers.
