unbiased opinion????? theres no such thing bud.

and we didn't go after just bin laden, we went after terrorism in general, anyone that posed a threat to the US.

That is why I said it is nearly impossible to get one.

Anyone that posed a threat to us? There are a lot of other countrys that posed a threat to us. Just because the leader of a country doesnt like the US we have to take em out? Or is it because Sadam was killing thousands of innocent people. Millions of innocent people died in the holocaust and we declared war on Japan THEN Germany, lets not forget the millions that Stalin killed in Russia. Or the fact that there was actual proof that Russia had chemicle and nucleur weapons. We didnt declare war on Russia we just let the country fall over on itself.

you really don't have a clue do you? do you know what would have happened if we had declared war on russia? I guarantee we wouldn't be here right now. There would have been hundreds of nukes fired before we could do ANYTHING.

To be honest I am not all that passionate about politics, I was just a bit curious how the board was split and it seems to be right in line with all the straw poles they are taking.

I hate politicians in general. That's why I really love it when a Jesse Ventura or an Arnold gets elected. We need term limits. One and you're done! Too many politicians use their money and influence to get elected (let's face it, to win an election, all you do is pay an ad company to make you a good commercial and then buy enough TV time to let everyone see it). Then they ride the gravy train until they get senile and kick the bucket.

I don't like Bush, and Kerry scares me. But the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know. Kerry will be in your pockets so fast with new taxes that you won't believe it.

Bush for me, but I wish we had a good candidate to vote for instead of this sorry bunch of grinning goofballs.

"What is, response to American Democracy in general, Alex?"

and I say we get a woman or something else besides a rich, old white guy as a president. I just want to see what happens.

Without sounding anti-patriot or something (god forbid anyone should nowadays)....America is gay. It's politicians and politics are bullshit. Me voting in the upcoming election, which I won't, is like a prostitute hoping the next John isn't drunk and smelly. Regardless of whether you get your wish or not, you still get fucked. I understand that we live in basically the most prosperous country in the world, and I'm thankful for my lifestyle. I've lived in/ been exposed to terrible conditions while deployed to Bosnia a few years back and I truly appreciate how we live here in these United States. Having said that, I detest everything else about the USA. We police the world...uninvited. We can't get any kind of health care system to work and have a HUGE defecit. Our politicians are systematic liars, our media spouts fear and hate, our eating habits are grotesque, and our legal system is totally fucked (anyone sue Mcdonalds lately cuz their coffee was too hot?). It seems to me that we here in the US have forgotten about two little things called responsibility and tolerance. Problems are always because of the other guy any more. bin Laden and Hussein are the reasons for terrorism or better yet, muslims (not America's shitty foreign policy and global policeing), my kids are stupid because of the school system, I wrecked my car and got hurt cuz no one made me put my seatbelt on, I burnt my nuts cuz McDonalds made the coffee too hot...waa waa waa. It's all bullshit and I believe our society is headed for A. the toilet and B. some type of catastrophic failure because of the building stupidity and helplessness of the American public. I feel for the people who lost loved ones in 911, but I think it was a good thing. Blow up some more buildings if it makes us realize how much our pompass country pisses off the rest of the world. **** the vote. **** Bush. **** Kerry. I'm gonna go be a hermit.

What do you think would have happened if Gore was in office during 9/11?
