Meet at the Outdoor Kitchen Center, walk across the street to the Pizza Joint for $2 drafts for "study Hall", leave and go back across the street for "cooking classes". Cook on Big Green Eggs, Memphis Pros, EVO's and other grills. Eat a full dinner, drink more beer. Leave tune into "undercover" on Sirrius Deep tracks; smoke a good cigar and go home.

 

I am jealous! Sounds like a great time for sure, especially with good company.

 

Of course that leads us to Thursdays, which USED to kick off the weekend, at least every other week, but 50 hour work weeks have changed that. So Thursdays are rather mundane now
