OK damnit..

I saw a movies a long *** time ago.. It was about some sort of race with a bunch of 80's volkswagen golfs or jettas.. They were are hooked up in different ways.. There was one with monster truck tires, another with 2 bicycles on top. There was also one that could turn the wheels perpedicular to the body to drive sideways.. Anyone have any idea on the movie I am talkin about?

Uh I think they were new at the time, a famous french guy name Remy Juliene or something like that worked on some of the stunts.. There were lots of those cars.. I just described a few..
