Oklahoma House Votes 83 to 13 to Restore Sovereignty

in the law of the land it seems basically like it's just saying we're in the union forever, and the constitution is our main lawbook. And with the constitution being the main lawbook it reinstills the "state's in charge" thing. so i dont think theyd have to change their own constitution unless it says something about the fedral gov't being the ultimate authority or something, which i dont think has ever been said.
