ok here my premise. we only elect democrat presidents; after kennedy; when republicans **** us off. jimmy carter is the best example, he beat gerald ford (killed by wolves!), because gerald ford pardoned nixon. now theres other things that go into a choice like that, but common, carter is a penut farmer!
you can also make that arguement for clinton; vis a vis the george hw bush "read my lips" line, although clinton is a much different breed of cat.
so basically the democrats are like the guys we go to when our "significant other" does something we dont like, discuss
