PAYPAL STUFF:And **** IRS. I dont mind them knowing the transaction stuff but not retro actively!
I deserve the right to chose a service knowing before hand in my government will be watching. I then have a choice on whether to do business with such a mechanism in place.
But to go back and hit me when at the time of transactions congress had no taxation laws?
Cut the ******* pork from horse swiiming pools , chicken playgrounds and millions of dollars on studying cow farts before you hit me up on a 200. 00 purchase and with 100% penalty.

I have to admit it feels a bit "stifling" all of this is of course new to me, i have never transferred large sums out of the country and it does make a little worried that i have to go through any hoops to move MY money anywhere. I don't fear taxation, however it would suck to say have deal fall through because the US holds my funds up.
BTW, per costa rican law I would be protected in the deal if it were held up due to something beyond my control, again it is a bit of a headache and makes me wonder where i really want my money.
So am i correct in the conclusion that even if I pull a $60,000 cashiers check and walk it there they can hold up the funding of the check via the same channels?
