what if you hired a lawyer to make like your putting a deposit on a house, a escrow account, then the deal would fall through and he would deposit the money in a bank for you. Your transaction would be legal because its a real estate deal.

Doesn't matter the money still has to leave the country, i have to have the same paperwork when we buy a house

the money is leaving the country for a real estate deal, you have the money in the bank now so they know its legit. Then the lawyer can deposit in the CR bank and give you the $1000 a month or whatever
