woo went to the Autoshow today for a school trip, so we got in for free which was nice. Only had to pay $10 for ferry tickets. I was supposed to pay $7 for parking but we "got around" that, lets just say thank goodness i have a truck hehe.

Anyway I took 30 pics with my digi camera and i gotta get the cable from my dad's job to hook it up to my computer and upload the pics.

Overall it was a pretty good show Mazda had two rx-8's as you already know prolly, the red and silver one. The red one you could sit in, try out the door system etc etc. To my surprise I'm 6'6" and was able to fit in the RX8 and there was still room behind me for a passenger. They also had the renesis on display and the front housing would slide down and out of the way so you could see the internals and whatever. I looked at it and called my friend over i was like "hey look at the funny triangles" just for a laugh, and this ******** starts lecturing me on how thats a rotor and it's a rotary engine. I was like ok buddy i know my ****, and we had like a little competition between each other. Then he pulled out "some say it's a 2.6, i say it's a 1.3" so somehow i remembered all those calculations and **** that people talk about on here when we compare, and blew him away with it. He said nothing just turned around and left, had no pics left for the rotary though, .

Oh and Mazda had the new MX-3 (MX-Sporty i think was it's name) got 2 pics of that it is a cool *** little hatchback, i got the Mazda "zoom-zoom" bag and some literature.

One of my fave cars had to be the Cadillac Sixteen, they opened the hood and it was glorious the whole fender is carbon fiber, the engine is huge, it screams american power lol. They also had their original V16 from back in the day next to the next V16 got a pic of that, 32 cylinders in one pic .

Oh and the monster garage people were there with the golf-ball porsche, zamboni monte carlo, and garbage truck chevy or whatever. They were the only ones with "models" but they were oogly. They had this little crawler thing setup where you lay down and slide under the monte carlo to see all the work done to it. I was looking for jesse james to punch him on camera for all the rotary fans but he was nowhere to be seen, i think he was scared hahaha!

definitely reccommend getting down to this show it was just as good as it has been for the past couple years, but they need more hot chicks.

cool! I went on Saturday...my first time to a real Auto Show...very exciting! Unfortunately the line just to sit in the cars were crazy so I didn't get to sit in the RX-8...I didn't wanna be "that guy" waiting there forever, haha.

Yeah, the Caddy 16 was cool...I was drooling over the WRX STI...the full size chassis/trans/motor kiosk was awesome!

I was disappointed with the models though...where were they? lol. There was one "business dressed" asian woman in the Audi section...wow...so classy.

Subaru always has that kiosk thing, last year i think they had it for the wagon or something i forget off the top of my head.

Did you see the hood scoop on that STI? i swear it can swallow a civic. Oh and that horizontal engine thing i never saw like that (cutaway view thing) it was pretty cool.

did you see the new VW V6 on display? 220hp 3.2L engine for the Golf R32 thing that's coming out soon. I also saw the 1.8T motor...didnt even notice it was a turbo it looked like a yo-yo not a turbo.
