Yeah so my neon's A/C compressor has been bad for some time. Bearings or clutch or some such nonsense, screams like a beán si, rattles, hollers etc.



Well it did, I guess it froze up and broke the belt off. No more power steering cause it's hooked to the same belt.



Gee whiz what should I do with it?

 

get a belt to bypass a/c

 

I'm thinking the A/C compressor is gonna get in the way but yeah I figured I'd try that. Buying a used A/C compressor is easy enough, putting the damn thing in however really really sucks.

 

Yay new belt and power steering!
