i love car stereos.. mmmmm music.... and BS.. many manufacturers make a business out of offering factory replacement upgrades.. and I know for a fact Clarion and Alpine and pioneer make stereos for the automakers.. if it were even remotely true.. it would be because sony is jealous that nobody cares for their expensive products...

I wouldn't be surprised if this was aimed at Ford..ever seen the 95+ Tauruses radios? Can't get rid of it, HVAC is built in to the radio...BIG pain in the ***..plus no radio would fit :P

I like clarion and Alpine.. those are my two favorite radio companies..

and I like rx7s and B series trucks.. so no need for a new car.. let them stick it to all the new car people..

they make installation kits for them. Fits an aftermarket single din just fine. The escort is the same way, and I installed a cd player in one of those a couple days ago.
