We got a 256mb card from Fry's the same night for $60 (SanDisk).
You can hop on ebay, or other places and spend only $100-$150 on a 1 Gigabyte Ultra II (faster than regular SD cards)
I can also crop down the images for anyone if you need them shrunken, without losing quality.
nice cam.. Yeah 5mp is nice.. even if you dont much need that resolution.. the reason being that you can always crop out the un-necessary family member or intruder in pics or crop out certain sections from a pic to focus on a smaller portion of it and enlarge that to 8 x 10.. there are still pros and cons.. but thats one of the best reasons..
its actally pretty hard to buy a camera under 5mp anymore.
I read a test where they compared certain memory cards to others and the SanDisk ones came out on top, they beat the Sony so thats the one I bought.
