Your being way more carefull about that than is necessary.

You know that when PFS installs a new engine they take it out in the parking lot and start railing it around. There is no need to baby the car with the boost when you first get the engine in. If you are that concerned with letting the seals sit, drive it for 100 miles or so before you start flooring it. Nothing is going to happen if boost it right away.
