This is true.
She was trying to play with words too, trying to make you the bad guy. Saying, basically, that she "could" have gotten you a different...yet higher rate...even though the lower rate fell through so it didnt "seem" as though you got fucked. But you still lose 3000 dollars in this whole deal anyway?

2% of whatever you are paying a month over the period of who knows how long you are paying the mortgage for saves you thousands of dollars a year! You are trying to not waste your money by shopping around the smart way and all you need is morons trying to **** you out of a lower rate from another bank and trying to get you signing up for a higher rate at their bank so THEY can make more money off you.
You should start a Rosemarie Camillio hate site, but it probably wouldnt be worth the bandwidth.

Rough draft of next reply:
I must apologize, I now see the error of my ways. The fault is obviously mine, I do not fit the customer profile that you require to provide a quality service. It may be of some use to future victims... I mean customers if you would set up some sort of outline of what you would to see in a potential victim... i mean customer. Silly me, the "kid" in me keeps getting those two confused. I know I had some things I would like to see in a broker when I originally started out, of course I am a "kid" and have only purchased and refinanced 5 or 6 times, anyhow it's unimportant as I see it's the broker that screens the customer and not the other way around.
Again, I apologize for the misunderstanding and do thank you for the time you put in on my loan. I am sorry I could not fit the part of an "Ocean Mortgage" customer.
I wish you luck in seeking out these customers and hope that most you run accross are not "pains in the ***" like me and willing to lower their expecatations to your level of service.
Cheerio!

I'm kinda hoping she emails me back cause I am forwarding her emails to the realtor, if anything I can keep her from recommeding her to others. The realtor likes me so no issues there, she know I'm not a pain in the *** and she knows I have a right to be a bit worried as I am 3400 miles away and it's fun to make her look retarded.
