the ad:

1976 jeep cj7. Fiberglass tub- tilt nose ( 5+ years old). The following items are around 2.5 years old or less and are what I have done to the jeep. Black paint ( have extra to reshoot the truck and paint a few sets of doors), Steel Horse receiver hitch and Stainless Bumpers, Mickey Thompson Alum Rims, 33" inch Dunlop tires (maybee 3,000 miles), 4wd complete wiring harness, extended flares ($250.00new), AGR heavy duty steering box and steering pumpkit ( just replaced the pressure hose for this $50.00), flaming river heavy duty steering shaft, carpeting, cables for vent control, a few gauges and interior lights, Seat belts, mirrors, misc stainless steel accessories, and starter. I know i didn't list everything but I dumped alot of goodies into this jeep.

The reason I am selling is this was to be my beach truck for surf casting but my EX- wife ended that by forcing the sale of my house. I rent now and have no garage to work on the truck and crawling on the ground out in the street has killed the want to keep it anymore.

I have loads of extra parts for this jeep in my fathers basement including a turbo 400 tranny with the kit in it to lock out the hubs so you can 2 wheel it with the quadratrac transfer case. I also have a rebuilt 360 amc motor with a few thousand miles on it. It is on a motor holder and has been sitting for 2 years in a garage.

If I had the time or place to do it I'd strip it all an ebay the items and get alot more money for this.

Banzai, did you ever consider becoming a TV reporter? I like the way you ask the right questions. I'm sick of hearing the positively asinine questions asked by the average television reporter. Questions like: "How did it feel when terrorists killed your family, chopped them up in a cuisinart and ate them, then sent you the videotape? Were you upset by this?" I think you would kick *** as a TV journalist.
