they cut and welded straight pieces to make the bends?

yes because they are not able to bend it because thickness of the pipe (only 0.3mm) but they use reflexive parts for turnings , specially connection to turbo manifold outlet it is completely inox (it gets cold too fast!

is it all one piece? thats how landrover does all their **** too, most be heavy

total weight is 8kg (included mufflers)

without flanges and nuts and bolts you figure it would weight less, not more

thickness of the pipes are only 0.3mm + carbon mufflers that's it.
