Well I seem to have gotten to the bottom of the issue. The vacuum line to my vacuum advance and my Cagle fuel regulator melted. This caused both a lean mixture and no vacuum advance (no power under load). I took the fuel regulator and the tee out. Runs great. No I need to plug a hole in the header that was just plugged with some JB Weld and I will be going perfectly, I drove it to work today to make sure all was well.

Thanks!!!

Well I dunno if that fixed it, it was still glowing when I drove it today, all I can think is it's still lean.... dammit.

So where did you move to? You still on the east side, or did you come join me up north?

Well I went 2.5 turns to richen the sucker up, seemed to help some, but I still had the glowing header when I got to work this morning. This is really starting to **** me off.
