Here's what you do.
Go to www.newegg.com
Buy a new motherboard with onboard video, hard drive, processor and DVD drive, and a case.
Wait until the **** arrives and put it together. I put together a computer for my dad for less than $300, with good ****. I did my GAMING computer for $800, including a (nice) 22" flat panel and 5-channel sound, and awesome graphics card.
Trust me, putting together a computer sounds really hard, but it's really not. When my friend showed me how to put a computer together I was like "that's it?"
