I live in VA. It may be different in different parts of the state, but here in the Richmond area, I can go to a "good old boys" shop with my modded out T2 and get a sticker no problem. They usually like to talk about the car and how fast it is and all.

i think my shop i use to "pass" ionspection is getting shutdown, last i heard they got hit with a big *** fine. hopefully i get my t2 finished before they shut down.

You are right it is different with every county. Same in Maryland with emissions, but inspection wise it is the same across the board.

yeah, Dakmis an I being from Oregon know nothing of inspection, smog on the other hand, my car will never pass, now that I don't have to smog test it ever again I gotta get to ripping all that extra crapola outta there.
