my wife is convince I have sleep deprivation-induced narcolepsy, which is supposedly a real thing

meaning I don't get enough sleep, so I pretty much can't help falling asleep sometimes...it's frustrating

yeah, now can never say, "man, I was up all night! I couldn't get to sleep!"

every night now, I fall asleep wherever I happen to be sitting, then wake up in my bed. It's great, except for when I had evening classes (ended tuesday). I'm pretty sure that in 2 months of class, I didn't fall asleep for MAYBE 4 classes, probably more like 2.

actually, I can't sleep in on the weekends. We're kinda like slacker parents, and our kid still sleeps in our bed. He's on my wife all night, so she claims to not get very good sleep. So, on the weekends, when he wakes up, I get up with him. It's not that bad, because he usually wakes up around 10 (as opposed to me getting up at 6am every morning).
