How big of a boat is it? We had a family friend, millionaire but a frivolous spender, who had some awesome fishing boat but he traded it in for a cigarette boat. The fishing boat had all brand new electronics from whatever company has "ray" in their name i dont remember at this moment. it was cool. My family has only ever owned one of those little aluminum boats

Speaking of boats...... this happened several times and I finally got it repaired at the factory. This turned into a hole the next time. Then again the third time.
Looooooooong story.Got it back after 9 months.

Arguably, a plaintiff who regularly posts messages in an online chat room or bulletin board may be deemed to have voluntarily assumed an increased risk of defamation by courting attention and inviting comments. It is likely that such a plaintiff will be classified as a limited purpose public figure since he or she has access to the same audience that viewed the defamatory message and can rebut the statements almost immediately simply by posting a response.

you have a serious delamination problem there my friend
If I was you I would hire a surveyor to sound out the bottom and do moisture readings, most of the time the factory cannot do quality repairs, often they send it out
I have some stories I could tell you brotha
