its hard to say.. if you had a clean record and a good citizen i would go for option 2. I'm sure your laywer can prove to the judge you a good person and got caught in the wrong place a thte wrong time, and the fact that this is your first time shows you were just unlucky.

I would still take option 2.

How good is your lawyer? that is another question maybe... if he is really good then the chances of success for optoin 2 is better.

dude..you're a kid i seemsl ike you are 18-20 years old and speaking from experience take option a. enroll in college (if you arent aleady)...show that you are not bad...you got caught up with the wrong people....BTW why did you not report it...even after the fact?...that is the biggest issue here..that they told you..and it it your duty as a citizen of this country to report such things(sorry its the truth)..i was in a similar situation (near exact) about 4 years ago and didnt report it because i was afraid...i gambled lost 10 grand on a lawer but i walked because the evidence was circumstacial(sp)...this decision is up to you... and you only...sorry buddy but that is the truth..but talk with your lawer extensively about the evidence

if you truely believe you're innocent, go to court and fight for your rights. I personally don't think you're guilty of anything other than a bad judgement of character, which I don't think is illegal.

I say try your luck at option A, if it doesn't work, go with option B. Like everyone said above, I do not feel that a bad judgement call is worth 6 years of your life and it should not have a perminant effect on the rest of your life either. Good Luck with all this.

I agree. The law has a way of turning good people bad by making them accessories & bullshit like that. You have rights... You just gotta find out how to get to them.

well, look at it both way. u go with option A, u are saying ur guilty in a way and that will count as a misdermeanor on ur record correct? go with option b, ur out some money outta ur pocket but u get off without doing time and prolly get that fucknut u mentioned ur name to serve more jailtime (that is if ur lawyer is as good as u say). i would take option b, thats just me, im not gonna take the punishment for something i had nothing to do with. i had "FUN" teenage years, sometimes i got caught, sometimes i didnt, but i knew the consecquences of my actions. in ur case, u didnt do anything wrong, u took some friends to the gas station and left em there. did u tell em to rob the ******* gas station? no, u just dropped em off and they told ya about it later. **** that hits the fan about option b is that u knew about it and it took 2 months before u got arrested to telling someone with some authority about what really happened. good luck man, we are all here with you
