well yea my plea was 7 years jail/prison, with 85% served which is 5.95 years (so about 6 years). I think max sentence i could get is 15 years with 85%, and the minimum is me walking away (oh i wish that would happen)

If you didn't know anything until after the fact then you're inoscent(sp). If this is your first offnese then I say go with option number 2. If you already have something on your record then don't take any chances and try and get probation.

well the reaosn im not innocent is after the fact they told me and i didnt report it so i commited conspiracy, and by commiting conspiracy i then commited the actual acts i conspired about, and i then aided them by driving them around and such. also they had talked about it before in idle conversation, but i didnt drop them off AT a gas station so i didnt think "hey today they'll rob a gas station"
guilt by association unfortunately . although i dont think im guilty to e quite honest.

To be honest if the prosecutors for the other kids' cases needs you, I'd offer to testify in return for immunity.
Before anyone says, "Don't be a rat on your friends", remember that a FRIEND would not do that **** and involve our pal Kevin here like that.

dude..you're a kid i seemsl ike you are 18-20 years old and speaking from experience take option a. enroll in college (if you arent aleady)...show that you are not bad...you got caught up with the wrong people....BTW why did you not report it...even after the fact?...that is the biggest issue here..that they told you..and it it your duty as a citizen of this country to report such things(sorry its the truth)..i was in a similar situation (near exact) about 4 years ago and didnt report it because i was afraid...i gambled lost 10 grand on a lawer but i walked because the evidence was circumstacial(sp)...this decision is up to you... and you only...sorry buddy but that is the truth..but talk with your lawer extensively about the evidence
