moving mattresses alone sucks, but with help its easy, all you do is squeeze your hands together from each side and it stays up. Kind of like you are clapping, but with the mattress in between.. those strap thingies look simple, and might help..

The salt and pepper/mustache the one guy has on his head on the bottom right must be infringing on some kind of health-and-safety law.
