Hell I got screwed by my insurance company. I was going through my divorce and my wife left with my Ford Explorer. I couldn't take it off or her off my insurance (so they said). Well after the divorce when I got the damn thing back, she had done over 4 grand in damages. The insurance company then said that I couldn't file a claim since she was on the policy. I ended up having to take her back to court for the damages and the 8 months of car payments I had to make. (still haven't seen a dime of that money) I ended up selling the car to my boss for 7 grand and had to pay out 2 grand in the loan difference. INSURANCE COMPANIES SUCK!!! Now I pay those bastards 190 a month for insurance. My 1990 CRX with liability is more than my FD with full coverage since it is my primary driver. I can't wait until Dec when I'm 25 so my rates will hopefully drop.

Don't complain

you can't even imagine how much we pay for insurance here in Italy

35, 65 or more per month is really ridiculous

but the problems are always the same when you have to GET money from them.....
$65 a month and I'M NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE IT!!!

This is only in case it is stolen, vandalized, destroyed by fire, etc...

The kicker is that my boss' son totaled it two months ago and his insurance company gave him $9500. I should have just ran it off a cliff myself!
