Hopefully get some things finished tomorrow we shall see, went and look at a bunch more builders, leaned on a metal railing got a rusty **** colored mark on my pants LOL, got back to the motel and took a shower was laughing when I saw that, looked like a **** streak on my pants... sort of a little off center, but you know.

That was pretty much all we got from looking at the builders, the one that we were originally going to go with upped their prices $20,000 in the less then a month.... gonna call them and get my deposit money back, no way we can afford that.

You gotta be careful with builders. They do the price hiking to see what they can get away with. We had big arguments on an extension we had done.

If you **** off your house builder, they might take a **** in the wall cavity and you'd never get it out.

We're just going to go with something already built.

I wouldn't build new, way to much stress and hassle.

I know heaps of people jumping on the building there own house wagon. They're regretting it now.

LOL I dunno about exciting, I've always seen it as a necessary evil, having been through it before I dislike the whole process, too many people with their hands in my pockets.

Good luck on the house hunting! My experience exactly on the home building, everything was over budget, I built my house, with some help of course, but i didn't have time for much else for that two year period of time

When it comes time to sell it I'm most definitly buying something already built! lol

There's no way I could handle that kind of stress. I made a commitment to here in september and I know if I tried to have something built it would be behind schedule, we'd end up moving here, then moving again and I do not want to do that. It will be a long time before I move again.

Now if I could just get my dad to stop upselling Amy LOL
