i have a dude that mows my lawn, he's old and black, but he's kind of unreliable except for I know that the first day of each month he shows up.
Nice guy, but the dude took off for 2 weeks on vacation, my lawn grew and he still charged me full price lol

In there areas in mexico i used to hide out in that were unpatrolled by local policia the federalies or the military and they were mean looking mexicans, packing ak's and they would run the beaches at night and a couple times told me to get off the beach, which i did very quickly.
I have no idea if they have subs and airplanes and ****, I would assume they do.
