Roy that is really fucked up.
And whoever gave the comment of cops being ********. They are doing their ******* job. Given this certain situation, this cop is clearly being a pain in the ***. If Roy has shown him inspection, emissions, and shown that a presilencer was put in, he should be reported immediately. Why not visit the police station and talk to the captain person to person and show him the tix, and all your inspection,emissions and show him that it has a presilencer put on it. Just my .02 cents.
Oh...roy=loudazzzrx7.
And Eric, california is run by arnold, things should change. Soon enough you will be able to drive around in tanks.

but i have to say this: why should everyone go outta their way to please an officer, because they fear them thats the only reason. if if was just some guy on the side of the road saying hey your car is too loud youd just tell him to **** off or whatever. i agree to get out of the situation i would hyave showed the cop the inspection, but other then that he can go **** himself.

Loudazzrx7...if that cop said that he will ticket you after you have an inspection cert. that says you exh is in spec...file a complaint about the officer state in your complaint that he is waiting by your house every mornig and pulls you over...tell them that he has threatened to pull you over because he thinks your too loud but have your exhaust certified as ok by an inspection sight..mention that if the officer does not stop harassing you (def. use harass) then your next complaint will be to Internal Aff. divison.
If you must go to court for the exh. ticket plea not guilty and show them the cert. from the inspection station.
