You guys have no clue what I am going through.I have a cop with a serious vendeta with me.It started 3 weeks ago,I got pulled over coming home in my block.He comes up and says my exhuast is to loud.Writes me a repair order.When I start the car up,it revs up for a second then comes back down.He starts yelling at me and says come here.I back the car up and Hes says are you trying to be a *****.I say--You know I was nice to you but is there any reason in you being an ******* right now.Let me show you. I was trying to be a dick,I get out of the car and start it up--it does it again.I get back in the car and he says just get it fixed.I say--whatever have a nice day.--Now this morning,I am going to work,there he is again--right around the corner--pulls me over and writes me a citation for 55.00

I am like dude are you kidding me--what in your mind is to loud.I had the silencer put back on the car,and it passed maryland inspection.He says its to loud for me.Then says everytime I see you,I will give you another citation.I am totaly blown away now.This guy has got it in for me and I know he will be there again in the morning,--I have to go that way.I called the police station and talked to a captain.He told me to pay the fine,send in my paper work showing it had a silencer put on,and it was inspected.He said he would talk to the officer.he also told me to keep the paper work on me--just in case.This focking cop is a complete dick.I was nice--then he decides to be a dick--and now--he is just pushing it.

what do you guys think.I have a racingbeat header,silencer--to dual magnaflow mufflers--I love the looks of the exhaust--and I dont want to kill it with ****--

I feel your pain, seriously...but you ARE "loudazzrx7". Can't be real surprised.... It does sound like the captain is giving you a way out of the retardedness with this guy. I'd just keep making a stink about it if the cop continues to hassle you. Silencer + inspection I would think would be good enough.

yeah hell you have up to a 143db limit of sound tell the officer heres my inspection and tell him that he is not to ticket you again unless using a db meter it worked for me anyways there is no noise ordinance untill later at night. hes a dick cop that when he was a kid he had to drive a hugo while the other guys drove 5.0's and **** **** him.... THE ONLY REASON PEOPLE BECOME COPS IS BECAUSE IN LIFE THEY WERENT RESPECTED AND THE ONLY WAY THEY FEEL THEY CAN IS TO PUT ON A UNIFORM AND BE "ABOVE THE LAW". and i will preach that till the day i die! if anyone disagrees with me on that, or has a comment about a friend or family member being an officer dont post it cause i could not give a ****... i ****** hate cops!!!!! everytime one dies on tv i just say to myself "well they must have had it coming!" its true almost everyone at one time or another has been harrased by a pig its ridiculous!!!!

loudazz--a buddy and i had the same problem with a state trooper that lived right around the corner..very similar situation...with threats to pull over everytime. My friend and i both called the captain and filed sepreate complaints and i knwo for a fact the officer got spoke to....his shifts changed and havent been bothered for a year plus now...so you did the right mpve on calling and complaing...just send your paper work in and you should be fine.
