Looking at getting my daughter involved in the Jr Dragster program here locally, anybody have any information, tips, tricks, or any other input on this?

nope got my little guy a 80cc Yamaha Racing Kart. Now I am fighting to find him a venue that is not a circle track. We were Autocrossing to gether but there is no more Autocross here.

My daughter got intrested in it a few years ago looking through my jegs catalogs, they had a girl posing next to one of them, and she had attended a few drag events with me in Japan and wanted to get involved, but they did not have anything for the kids there, so now that we are in the US and she can compete I am looking for a car now. We have one picked out, and she sent for her NHRA registration stuff this morning, just need to see what we are getting into, I found a pretty nice turn-key in NJ for $3200

Yeah and they run the 1/8 as fast as a high 12 second 1/4 mile car.

Good luck.
