I've Got Audible Hp In My Driveway
#1
It's just sitting on some block of wood in my driveway (no car attatched).
It'll rev but won't idle, which is the opposite of what it was doing last week. All I did differently was open up the primary runner in the temporary carb adaptor and add a fuel pressure regulator.
Just unzip and listen.
Does it sound like I've got some vacuum leaks? Doesn't that starter sound tired? Tell me what you think.

I don't have any recent pics. Here is what it used to look like.
It was recorded with a crappy tape recorder. I don't know if you can detect the automatic level control, but it lowers the volume by itself. Heh, I guess it was necessary due to how close it was to the open header (about 6 feet away from the front of the engine).

This last one was after I moved the tape recorder into the garage and closed the garage door. You can barely hear the starter. lol that's how loud the engine is!
It seems to be a stong engine. I'm happy I've just gotta figure out a better intake system, as you can hear.
