I've Come To A Decision...

Well, today i had someone bring me a 94 supra n/a 5spd, hardtop with some mods (i was looking for an NA to do a turbo conversion) anyhow, i drove the car, liked it, very tight handling car, i loved it, but its a 94 with some flaws and 120k on the odometer. it would cost me 10.5k so i would have a little money left over after the sale of my car.
Well, another guy wants to do a trade with me, hes wants me to give him my car without the wheels, plus 3500 dollars cash, for a 2002 Subaru WRX 5spd, black, tein type flex suspension, cusco upper strut bars front/rear, and a whiteline rear swaybar, with nothing more than a blof off valve. Car is flawless with 19k miles on it. you could eat off the engine, its so clean. Well, i drove the car and was amazed at how well it handled with the tein setup. Needless to say, i cant turn down a new car with an extended warranty. So im almost positive im gonna do the deal for the WRX. I love my fd, but i think its time to part from the rotary for a good year or two. I cannot be without an fd, so ill definately have another one later... maybe buy a project car in the future.
All in all, ive pretty much made up my mind. Im actually kinda excited about this.. heh. But yeah, i figured i would share it with all.. hopefully it all goes down smoothly.. Im gonna stick to the board, since i like it so much

the regular 2JZ motor doesn't handle high boost to well at all. are you planning on rebuilding it? the TT Supra had the 2JZ-GTE engine...basically an entirly different bottom end. there are 2 local guys that went N/A to boost, and they had to completly rebuild their motors.
maybe i should try and read an entire post before i get preachy well good luck man glad to hear you'll stick around.
