Ok, so my computer wont let me go to "secure websites like paypal, or to check out when ordering stuff online.....I have gone through all the truobleshooting steps on the "page cannot be displayed" screen......Any ideas????

well itd be a pretty weird security setting to not be able to go to the secure sties.
