yeah, insurance is getting to be bs. you know why they wearnt making any money? they lost thier shirt in the stock market

If you think you're being unfairly treated, you can always have the state insurance commissioner's office do an investigation. Also, a little heads up to the insurance company saying that you're "considering contacting the state insurance commissioner's office" for usually does wonders.

Only if you feel unfairly treated, though.

Well I don't really know, from the way that I read the info (on the state insurance commissioner's website) they are well within their rights, the state pretty much gave up any regulation of the company's a couple years ago when they changed the laws, but I dunno.
