I believe the handbook is very clear on the appropriate punishment:



"The offender shall be made to wear a thong from the 94t collection and snapped with wet towels until which time as he admits wrongdoing and repents, or is rendered a twitching, incoherent mass of hamburger, whichsoever event occurs first."
