My post was only for you to see the big picture of your actions. Getting yourself in alegal bind is no fun. As far as him denying it, if enough people file complaints against the guy in question the doubt will go away. I am by no means a lawyer, nor do I know the judicial system all that well. But I do know that if the man has to go through a court process and has to deal with the county prosecutor it will not be pretty. Even if the charges get thrown out, he still has to pay a lawyer. In most cases the court provided attorney does not get the same lieniecy (sp) that a paid attorney will. So if the guy is too poor to pay a good attorney to get him off the charges and opts for the court appointed...well lets just say he may have to worry about a guy named bubba. Signed afidavits from witnesses are the key, if the prosecutor has these to admit as evidence that its his word against hers, her case becomes a lot stronger. Just do not try to get friends to lie about what happened and make false statements. The courts have a way of manipulating a witness in questions about who what where why and when everythign took place, 2 different witnesses with 2 different stories will cause you to lose the case, and someone is going to purjure themselves. The idea is to cause the individual harrasment through the legal system without involving yourself too much, sure you may have to take the witness stand and testify that you saw him touching her, or that you overheard him flirting with her in a manor unfit etc. Just know that the man will have to defend himself, and if all works out well he will lose his job in the place of employment. Because the place deals mainly with kids of that age, and he cannot be trusted to be around them. Now what you have to make sure of is that if he does go under a beatdown from the crew you are talking about that none of the witnesses are involved or around when it happens. The court could turn it around on anyone in the area.



As far as desecrating his car... this is malicious intent. Just typing it in a forum like this makes it premeditated. And acctually going through with it.. take a look at forensic science in the last 10 yrs. just a 1/4 fingerprint has been enough to convict some murderers in the last 10 yrs. Cutting brake lines, or tampering with his vehicle to the point that he has an accident, or worse kills himself or another person in this accident would really put a damper on your fun next cristmas as you are in the cell next to him for accesory to murder, or murder, or manslaughter. Imagine that you happen to cut his brakelines, and he takes off into traffic, @ 45 mph and cannot get the vehicle to slow down, the impact puts the vette into the middle of an intersection, into a vehicle filled with a family...and there are a few deaths... how would you feel reading about that the next day, or even worse, its a close friend that he hits, and they become a quadraplegic for the rest of their lives. All of this over a boob grab....





Think long and hard about your actions people, they may not always turn out the way you had hoped.

I agree with NOT beating this guy up. There are other more satiesfying ways of teaching people a lesson. What I found works best against ***** who wanna date my little sister is threats.
