Frederick MD is nice.

You are around an hour to washington DC and Baltimore. An hour or so from the "mountains," and the beach isnt too far away.

Weather is ok, you really see all seasons though.

My friend moved to jacksonville FL. I went to visit him...and it was really nice. Pretty expensive area. (at least his side of town) He was close to the beach and ICW...

Not a bad place to live

DC and B-more get boring after a while. I enjoy old town Alexandria. Really awesome. You can walk through there at 3 in the morning, and not get robbed(I have not yet been robbed yet). You have got Georgetown, which is good too. Annapolis. Maryland is really good, but other than those two places, it sucks.

Especially in waldorf.

Hawaii = very expensive very high cost of living. Everything has to be shipped in.

My old roomate was Hawiian and his family owned land there that he could build a small house on. He liked the mainland because there was opportunity to make more money and live cheap.
