I Should've Known Better...
Than to join a Mazda forum where the Administrator swapped a V8 into his RX.
One of my first posts on the boards was on the "Hybrid" forum and how I thought the LS1 wasn't the choice motor for the RX-7 (Go 13B!), only to have the Admin jump down my throat, and then tell me he has yet to get along with anyone he's met before...
The topic is at Mazdaperformance.net (LS1 + RX-7 = teh Gay). Please tell me if I'm an idiot because I sure don't think I sounded like one.
But when he started comparing a 13B to a top fuel dragster, I couldn't help but laugh...

I feel the same way about it as you.
But its like beating your head against a wall arguing over it.
They think they did something revolutionary and they are better than all of us with our rotaries made of glass. Let them live their illusion.
Look at it this way these were people that were blowing rotaries over and over again. Now they may have ruined a chasis but at least no more rotary engines will be harmed by them.
