i received a "Tenative Job Offer" from lockheed martin in houston, and haven't heard from them in a couple of weeks. i called them back and left a message that said "i'm graduating, what's the deal, is this job still on." the lady called the next morning and said i'm still supposed to start june 1, and the human resources people were sending me stuff.
companies are lazy and slow. you have to persist, and almost annoy them. tell them you aren't trying to be annoying, but you have graduated and need to know whether you should give up on the company and seek other jobs, or if they still want you. oh, and dont worry about the money, i owe $16000 in loans also, and have a $4000+ credit debt. i feel your pain. |

I still have the do the suspension poster board. I'm lazy. I"m already back home with parents 300 kms away from school, i'm heading back up on tuesday to help rebuild the car. |
