heres how the story goes



My dad lives in illinois and i live in oregon. He is on vacation till january, and he wants to come out and see me and my brother. The catch is that he wants to drive out but he doesn't want to drive one of his cars. So i throw the idea of buying a turbo 2 and driving it to me. He says that is very doable and he told me to start looking. i have found a show room quality 87 tii for around 5000$ in flordia. now at this point iam offing to buy my dad's plane ticket. he says send him the pictures of the car and get as much info that i can in the time being.



So what should i ask the seller before we commit since the car is too far away to go take a test drive.

and i called him and he said that about 10000 miles ago he installed a mazda factory rebuild in it



so what do you think?
