I had my release fork break, that screwed up my TO bearing, and that screwed up my pressure plate. Luckily it happened in the parking lot of my apartments. I quickly learned how to shift with out the cluch when I was driving it to get fixed.

I don't win...you guys are making me worry about replacing the damn thing and having other stuff break.

rotarydragon, that sounds like a deal to me. I have tools, jackstands, a 3 1/2 ton floor jack, and other stuff I can bring when I go to work on it...and I'll help you work on yours in exchange. I'll be gone this weekend (hooray, NJ BBQ) but I should be able to bring it down next weekend. Where in DSM do you live?

Kinda sort out in BFE. =)

I'm out on 74th and 335th/George Mills depending on whom you talk to. It's really easy to get to...well it would be if they didn't tear out a good chunk of 74th st.

I'll direct ya

Otherwise I've got two garages, one is totally empty the other has the Red Hoover (The car with the vaccum leak...we think)

Sounds like a plan
