I broke my TII on Friday messing around with a WRX. I ended up breaking my T/O bearing and springing a coolant leak out the back of my engine. I haven't decided if I am going to fix the car (ever) or not, but I know I can't fix it this summer. I guess it's back to driving the Subaru for a while. On a happy note, after killing it, I raced a GS-T on my way home and spanked him pretty badly. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

sorry to hear that man, but i can actually say i know how it feels. im in between finishing my 1st gen or buying a house and im sure you know which one got priority ( the house for those of you who have no life) so know the car is on a slight delay for rebirth.

know if you do decide to sell it i'll be more than happy to give you top dollar for it but if i were you i would keep the car and rebuild the motor with a street port and some nice 3mm seals and you should be good to go

The coolant leak may be the near o-rings between the intake manifold and rotor housings, or maybe that hose that goes to the rear housing.

What makes you think is the T/O bearing, what is it doing?

The T/O bearing was whining for a while, and now it's really tough to shift and when I am stopped, with the car in gear and the clutch in, the car lunges forward.

Sounds also like the T/O bearign dug into the cover teeth so it doesn't slide smoothly, did that once.

Other than the pressure plate, could I damage anything else by moving the car? I can't leave it in my apartment's parking lot for too long.
