I killed it.

Other than the pressure plate, could I damage anything else by moving the car? I can't leave it in my apartment's parking lot for too long.

Nope, but I had clutch hydraulics go on my MX-6, and this isn't like that. I can hear the pieces of the bearing wandering around making all sorts of happy sounds.

I'll check it out when I go home tonight. If the bearing is totally shot, then the sound wouldn't go away, would it? (since the clutch wouldn't be fully disengaged)
Rotarydragon, I might take you up on that offer. Just don't go snagging parts from it...lol.

If it's making noise even with the clutch pushed in then it's definitely gone. I've had a few that made noise, but it stopped when I pushed in the clutch or drove. The inside of the T/O bearing was coming out of the main assembly, but pushing the clutch in put it back together.

What no:
Hey guys I did a TII conversion!
Bummer!
:P
It'd also give you a place to work on it and some tools if you wanted.

Mine was doing that before, which is why I figured this problem was the T/O bearing as soon as it happened. When I was under the car with it running it sounded like the tranny was clattering, but when I pushed the clutch in, it got quiet.

I had the pilot go out about a week after I tossed it on my Jeep, the bearing on the output shaft of the tranny was shot and was whoring out the pilot bushing. I only use the actual needle bearing pilot bearings now.
