I think it would probably be better for me to practice controlling a skid anyhow. If I were to ever find myself in a situation where, for example, I hit a patch of black ice and I start to skid, I would be much more experienced and the odds would be more in my favor of getting out unscathed. One of my friends totalled a car b/c a trunk driver cut him off and he swerved to get out of the way the the back end swung out. I garuantee that if I were in that situation than I would have been able to get the skid under control. He just has no experience with such events. Not his fault is it? hmmmm...

if he would have told the cop he meant to do it he would not have a licence right now. he would have writen him a ticket for reckless/careless driving and endagerment. he would have gotten 6 points on his licence in less then a second.
