It was 12:15 AM. It had just started to rain so there was just enough water on the road to get the viscous nice and slick. I take a left turn and just hi the throttle a little and it swings around. This was one clean drift D1 style man. 3 seconds later the ******* pulls me over. He gives me a ticket for "illegal squeeling of tires" and tells me "you must maintain control of your vehicle at all times" trying to sound all intelligent. I could tell he was clueless. I have more control drifting than some people have just driving their car. Man... I gotta chill out!
Bottom line is Mundelein police officers (didn't bother capitalizing the "p" or the "o") have no respect these days this whole country is fucked up. America is bullshit. Land of the free my ***. There was no body on the road. He should have been like "man, that was cool but don't EVER let me catch you doing that in traffic" or something like that. Seriously, I could go on and on about Mundelein police officers but I'm sure no one else cares. It's late nobody is up for me to vent my anger. Sorry but I had to.
... man I wish i could have a discussion with an officer straight up. See exactly what their ******* prolem is anyhow.

since it was past midnight, he was probably bored and needed something to do. At least he pulled you over for something fun rather than something like crossing the yellow line.
I mean...
Yeah! **** the popo's!! They ain't doing their job, they're just tryin to bring down the [insert your race here] man!!
j/k tickets always suck

fight it!
people need to learn, whenever you get a ticket it is your right to fight it. If everyone realizes this right then the court system will be so overcrowded that this stupid idea of using traffic tickets to generate revenue will no longer work.
FIGHT THE TICKET! FIGHT THE SYSTEM! YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!!!!!
DON'T LET THE GOVT ROB YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. THAT IS ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF BY TAXES

The thing that I hate about this country is that you NEED a lawyer to fight a ticket. It doesn't mean you're less innoccent. ...land of the free my ***.

Not really unless its a pretty serious ticket. I always plea bargain with the DA. All three speeding tickets in the past 6 months are now failure to obey a traffic control device.
You didnt get a reckless ticket did you? That might warrant a lawyer unless you just tell the DA it was raining out and you didnt think the car was going to slide. If you havent had a ticket in a few years (never would be better) you should be golden.

I'm on supervision right now for speeding. It was in eastern Illinois in bumblefuck! All that was around me was soybean fields. But when I got a traffic report for my job (delivering pizzas) it didn't show up.
