I understand, it sucks that it had to come down to that. In the end though, if you can't give the customers what they want . . . then why are you there? I understand delays, stuff just happens sometimes! It's out of your hands, but 5 months!

I don't think your doing anything that I wouldn't do given the same situation!

Dude we all have your back here, people can't run a successfull bussines by not satiesfying their customers. No offense to Slava, but this has to get fixed if he plans to operate on a good basis.



I'm personally going to give him a call for my reliability mods when the time comes just to see what kinda guy he is and how he does bussines. This is probably one isolated incident and he has a good reason for it. Cheers
