My advice is that even if he offers to pay you back, dont reverse anything with the BBB until you have the money in your hands.

I took a guy to small claims court once, and he told me he would pay me when we were in the lobby waiting so we didnt bother going in front of the judge. He gave me $100 of what he owed me, then I had to chase him for 4 more months and take him to small claims court once again to get the rest of my money.
