Miata's are for girls, or men 50+ that can't afford a 32 coupe.

I have that problem too...

Damn it Mazda Canada is offereing 0% fiancing for 48 months, and 1.9% for 60 months. I get to use my 750 dollar off new grad rebate, and it's cost + 3% on any color I want and any trim level I want.

that mazdaspeed miata is 35k cdn brand new. With taxes and etc it would be 41k financed. With hookups that would probably be around 36 on the road.

Thing is I paid 22k + taxes for my 03 legacy GT brand new. Using a more expensive car with longer finacing terms is not a good idea to reduce debt load, which is what I'm trying to do. Looking at teh Ontario used car market miatas don't seem to depriciate past the 10k cash mark regardless of how nice or crap the condition of the car is.

Screw that. Get the older model, used, for el_cheapo and just have fun! Pay cash!

The older ones are lighter and more capable from what I read and hear from Miata-nuts.

A supercharged M1 finished second to supercharged M2 yesterday at the WOSCA regional autocross.

One of the WOSCA guys just moved from an older Maita to the new Mazdaspeed one, he's pretty happy with it.
